What happened
[REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee was opening the bottom bar of the General Purpose Container when it caught and stopped with a couple of inches to go. He applied force to try to open it up as he did the side of the General Purpose Container opened and fell on his right foot. Tried to walk it off and work through it but the pain continued. Took shoe off and noticed the big toe was bruised and swollen.
