I [REDACTED] on 1 18 2023 around 4:00pm held onto the right rail at 516 NE Twiss Ave. to go up an deliver the mail then held onto the right rail to go back down and slipped on the top step and fell down the steps. I got up and got my barrings & finished my swing.Then called my supervisor and told him I fell off a porch and he said oh and I asked If I could go help on 1872 to due mounted since I was sore from the fall and was told to go help on 601 instead. due to a girl on restriction already going to route 1872. In the fall I slammed down on my back and slammed both arms to try and brace myself and hit hard enough to the point of a whiplash effect happened with my neck.
