What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] between the hours of [REDACTED] I was training with Reva delivering mail on the street of [REDACTED]. As I was going along placing mail in each mailbox carefully observing my surrounding I walked acrossed the lawn to put mail inside the mailbox and my left leg stepped into a shallow part of grass which was a little deep. The pain at first seemed to be something I can shake off but as i kept passing by walking I was in agony toward the outer part of my left knee. I tried to do a couple stretches and rest momentarily but i was stil n pain. I was in visible discomfort approaching the mail truck my trainer even tok notice.
