On [REDACTED] 18 23 TTO driver came to work with as set of restrictions he stated his back was hurt and the doctor put him on these restrictions. I told him that we would have to send these to medical to see if we can accommodate him. I told him that most with his restrictions will be sent home due to not having enough work. He then left the office and continued on his route and returned [REDACTED] stating that his injury was on the job yet he had never reported it to any one in management. He claimed he was loading OTR 's at THS when he felt a pain is his lower back.
