Sweeping on HSTS

On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] Ms.was sweeping mail on the Highspeed Tray Sorter. When mail fell into one of the lanes she was working she went to lift a tray from the belt not knowing that the handle on the right side was split damaged. As she lifted the tray it slipped from her hand resulting in the weight from the tray jerking her arm straight down. After the tray hit the floor and the mail fell out of the tray she then cleaned up the mail and placed it back into the tray and then placed it into the APC located between lanes 8 and 10. Continued to sweep the mail as she was standing she noticed the pain in her right shoulder began to increase. She then looked down at her arm and hand and noticed her hand was swelling up. From her wrist to the outside of her hand she noticed a numbing feeling and began to worry.
