What happened
Employee was unloading his truck at using his trucks lift gate because the lift at the station is broken. While unloading an APC of flats was about to fall off the lift employee reached out for it and injured his back in the process. The APC still fell on the ground scattering the mail all over. I drove to the station with another employee that I have assigned to finish the run and I took the employee to Concentra to be seen by a medical professional. There was nobody else hurt or any property damaged.
