He was walking through the parking lot and slipped on ice snow.
What happened
Employee was walking on Snow Ice he stepped through the snow and hit about 6 inches of ice underneath the snow. The moment his shoe hit the ice he lost his footing and tried to catch himself from falling. Next thing he knew after falling he could no longer bend his right knee or put any weight on it. Even the weight of his own leg was causing him extreme and unbearable pain from his right knee down to his shin.
