Started walking and rolled the left ankle at [REDACTED] also mentioned that they didn 't have supervisor cell. called the OJI who then gave them the number and called that supervisor at [REDACTED]. The employee walked on the injury for a few more deliveries before contacting the supervisor who gave specific instructions not walk on it.
