On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was driving south on [REDACTED] near [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] Customer in a honda [REDACTED] pulled out of [REDACTED] turning left onto [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] hit the passenger side of customer vehicle with the front of her LLV. The customer did not have the right of way when turning onto [REDACTED] which caused the accident. employee claims she did not have enough time to slow down prior to impact. Both parties were taken to the hospital for medical evaluation. The customer refused to provide a statement for our investigation.
