What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Pontiac Carrier has just delivered to an apartment complex a package while in the hallway of [REDACTED] carrier was bitten by dog on the left side of hand close to pinky finger. The carrier was not aware of a dog being present at this address. The dog owner had the dog on a long retractable leash. The dog went ahead of the owner and bit the carrier. Employee sought medical attention and received a Tetanus Shot and Antibiotics. The carrier did not have satchel at the time of dog incident.
