Driving her route and making scheduled deliveries

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] I received a call from employee telling me her vehicle was struck by debris from a truck. It hit the windshield and caused glass to crash into her face causing her to bleed. I asked if she was alright and she said yes. I then instructed her to call for medical attention and I immediately called FBR towing and drove to the sight of the accident. While on my way she called again to let me know the paramedics arrived and were taking her to Hospital. When I arrived there was a patrol vehicle there and I spoke to Officer He told me what had told her and I proceeded to take photographs of the vehicle. I received a card with the incident number from the officer and that is when FBR towing arrived to tow the vehicle back to the station. After the vehicle left the scene I drove over to the hospital and took pictures of injuries as well as got a written statement from her.
