What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] I went on to pick up my tub of flats and walk to the bread basket loaded up my tub with flats and small packages then as I was walking to the hot case I had turn to go to the other bread basket I felt a heavy sharp pain and felt to one knee as this happened the lead clerk had saw me and thought I was joking but them he realized It was not and asked me if I was ok. I just went and notify my supervisor. I pushed myself to finished the day even I had pain I my back.
