Before the incident
CCA carrier Jacob Strauch park & loop 232 was delivering mail up on the porch to [REDACTED]. After delivering to the box he turned around to go back down the steps while he was fingering mail for the next delivery. As he was walking back down the 3 painted concrete steps he slipped off the last step and twisted his right ankle. There wasn 't a handrail at this address. The carrier didn 't report the accident or injury until the [REDACTED] when the morning supervisor found a note on his desk around [REDACTED]. There was a member of management working when the carrier returned from his route on the [REDACTED] and he didn 't report the accident injury to that person. Management went to the address on the [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]:[REDACTED] and took some pictures but conditions had changed. Carrier was wearing the proper footwear.

There was a member of management working when the carrier returned from his route on the 6th and he didn 't report the accident injury to that person. Management went to the address on the 8th around 10:15 in the morning and took some pictures but conditions had changed. Carrier was wearing the proper footwear.
