On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] FTR Clerk alleges that as she walked up the steps to the SPSS she felt a pull and a pop in her right calf area. Clerk further stated that she could not walk without pain and had to walk on the toes of her right foot. Ms. did not report the alleged incident until she emailed Supervisor on [REDACTED].
