What happened
Employee was getting a bascart of sleeves for dispatch. While moving the bascart out of the area her left pinky finger was jammed between a handlebar on piece of equipment near the LCREM machine in the manual letter operation. The employee stated she felt pain in her left hand and blood was spurting out. She immediately went to the restroom to rinse it off and saw a huge gash she then got my attention to let me know.
