It was around [REDACTED] I was [REDACTED] when I got jammed fingers on the slide door… that was happened so fast while I was about to get off the truck and to close the slide door at the same time it wasn’t the first time …I used to close the slide door like that actually all of us do same thing closing the slide door while we’re getting out of the truck… that’s been said when it comes to accident there are no maneuvers to prevent that incident happened… [REDACTED] which was [REDACTED] or [REDACTED] I called my Manager and let him know what happened he said to me with a confident voice hellip; ldquo;calm down ..
