The employee stated I was loading the [REDACTED] and the APC turned and sideways as the dumper was lifting. Then while culling the mail onto the belt the APC dropped further down and caught my hand thumb between the APC and safety bar. The two clerks that saw what happened they came to push the APC upward and let the dumper down to get my hand out. Further investigation is impending.
