What happened
Clerk stated she bent over to pick up a package and got a sharp pain in her back and fell to her knees. She told me she didn 't actually pick up the package. The pain happened when she bent over to retrieve the package. The clerk was wearing proper footwear but did not use proper lifting techniques.
