What happened
[REDACTED] while loading packages into my vehicle at around [REDACTED] i felt a sharp pain almost like a gas pain in my lower right abdominal area and as i continued to load package 's the pain would come and go. before i was readt to head to the street at around [REDACTED]. i went to the restroom and saw a lump around the area of my right lower abdominal area and immediately notified my supervisor i called my doctor than filled out a claim form
