What happened
On [REDACTED] At Approximately [REDACTED] Carrier was leaving the building to deliver my route. I placed my hand on another carrier Left bicep of steal to tell him to have a good day when he swung his arm up and back causing my right thump to bend all the way back. I can clearly feel my thumb is sprained and continued to deliver my route slowly. by time I came back to the office my thumb was completely swollen at about [REDACTED]. I do believe I need to rest to heal. simple tasks are difficult even writing this statement.
