While reviewing camera footage (CCTV) it was observed that at approximately [REDACTED] Mr. [REDACTED] is seen using the leaf blower and as he attempted to step up onto a curb his left foot got caught on the curb causing him to fall. During the fall Mr. [REDACTED] appears to fall on his right shoulder upper chest area narrowly missing the fire hydrant. Mr. [REDACTED] then appears to attempt to stand up but is unable.
