What happened
On [REDACTED] I was on [REDACTED]66 at the [REDACTED] 10 & I was scanning my packages and the door fell off and hit me in the face. The right door hit me on the left side of the face. I called she told me to secure the mail and put the door back on and continue to carry my mail. When I got back didn 't say anything I went home and let my union rep know. The left side of my neck now hurts and the left side of my face hurts by my eyebrow. I came to work to let them know I was hurt and wanted to go to the doctor based off what happened that day. They asked me to write this statement in details so that they could send me to the doctor.
