RCA was at [REDACTED] He dismounted an Amazon Package to the front door of the residence. After delivering the package he was walking down the steps holding the hand rail when he took his last step from the stairs back to the sidewalk he released he grip from the handrail. The carrier felt his ankle twist and pop when he stepped on the rug which caused him to fall to the ground.
