What happened
Around 1100 employee was attempting to cut tree branches with chain saw. Employee held a branch down with her foot to keep it out of the way. When employee leaned in to cut another branch the one under her foot snapped in half causing the branch to flip up and hit employee in the eye causing abrasions to eye even with her safety glasses on.
