What happened

On [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] on my route I had several heavy parcels and other smaller ones lined up behind tray. after loading 4 heavier packages in back of truck finished loading and left for route. I was reaching for parcel behind tray to the left of my seat. I felt pain in my lower back. when I got out of truck to deliver package to the porch I noticed pain in my lower back and pain when walking. especially when lifting left leg to walk step up or get into truck. pain continued all day even after taking [REDACTED]. it happened approximately [REDACTED] on my route [REDACTED] in my postal vehicle [REDACTED]. Also having pain in my right knee after compensating for inability to lift left leg properly all day. need both back and knee checked out by doctor.
