What happened
Based on the evidence provided to me Clerk was beginning her shift. The door she usually enters the building was broken so she had to enter the back dock doors to gain access to the building. The dock was full of empty equipment so she used the edge of the dock as a walkway. After a few steps she fell off the dock about 2 feet and landed on her hip arm and head.
