What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] Central time while on telecom with leadership [REDACTED] reported that she had smashed her hand in between a GPC and Tugger handle bar. She stated that she was backing up and when she applied the brake to stop it did not stop completely and when she bumped into an empty GPC it spun the handlebar around and pinched her hand between the handle and the empty GPC. I immediately took her to wash her hands as it scrapped her knuckles and gave her an ICE pack to put on it while I got her an authorization form to take to doctor to have it checked out. She was released from ER to home and will report back [REDACTED] with paperwork and disposition of her hand. she will provide me a written statement at that time.
