Worker was unloading dump cart into dumpster and one of the pieces of sheetrock had ceramic tile on it. While worker was unloading a piece of sheetrock with ceramic tile on it the piece of sheetrock slipped out of his hand and lacerated his right arm. Worker was not wearing long sleeves or kevlar sleeves as he was instructed to do.
