On [REDACTED]. Mrs.n the rural carrier for [REDACTED] was told there wouldn’t be any help with [REDACTED] Mercury Apartments. We had a Five minute talk about that issue. Later Mr was standing in the DPS staging area located on the work room floor. She handed me a PS form 3971. I asked her whatrsquo wrong She said something in the air made her feel sick. She started coughing and took a seat at the supervisors desk. I asked her did she need any help. One of the clerks gave her a bottle of water. She left and went to her car. She then called me and asked for a PS form [REDACTED]. I asked one of the other supervisors how to get a PS for [REDACTED]. He directed me to the station manager. He explained the process of a PS form [REDACTED] are used for work injuries. I relayed that information to Mrs. and she said I was hurt on the job there is a big box in my gondola that I tried to pick up.
