What happened
On [REDACTED] At around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] Carrier got bit on the right calf by a dog. The dog was chained up on the right side of the house and was on a lead. The carrier was on the sidewalk going towards the next house when he saw the dog running toward him. The carrier started to run to try and get to a good distance away from the dog due to the dog being on a lead and didn 't run far enough. The carrier did have his satchel and dog spray but did not have enough time to use either in his defense. The dog owner was there and took the dog back into the house.
