What happened
On [REDACTED] where outside delivering mail I felt a couple of times like I was getting a cramp on my left calf. That would only happen when I would get down and stretch my legs and kept going. Later on that day when I got home I felt it again but this time it hurt really bad. I right away called the office and spoke to supervisor to inform him what had happen and that I was going straight to ER to see what happen. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I came to the office to tell the supervisor what happen and the condition of this injury.
