What happened
Carrier stated I had finished my last delivery at [REDACTED] I was walking down the steps and on the last step as I stepped down my right ankle twisted. It felt like something ripping in it and I landed on the cement ground. My right ankle was throbbing and I had pain the in the back of my left calf. I stayed on the ground for a few minutes then inched my behind back to the step so I could sit on the step. The pain almost made me pass out. Eventually I stood up and tried to limp back to my car across the parking lot. I took several breaks leaning on cars along the way. I drove back to the post office and got help from a carrier to contact a supervisor.
