On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] PSE clerk from [REDACTED] station was working at the [REDACTED] P.O as she was scanning packages in the morning she told me the SCS that she turned too fast while reaching into [REDACTED] and hit her head. I asked her to report it and at first she refused due to problem with her office. She rested for 15 minutes and came back to finish the day.
