What happened
employee told co-workers about knee pain requiring surgery since he began working tour 3. S was working the 461 section of the [REDACTED] belt. The [REDACTED] consists of dumpers belts and a scanner. employee claimed that a sack weighing about 35 pounds he attempted to pick up snagged on the belts. He picked the sack up from the moving conveyor belt instead of waiting to pick the sack up after it went to the roller belt. Between the moving conveyer belt and the roller belt there is a gap between the side rails where the bag probably snagged.
