What happened
On [REDACTED] round the hours of [REDACTED] I was driving to the [REDACTED]. I began to feel unbearing pain as I stepped down from my LLV. I contact managemnt and informed management that I was injured and will not be able to complete route. Management sent out 2 carriers to assist. The following day I reported to work in pain they sent me one carrier to help and shadow and was still in complete pain while taking pain meds that partially work for a small time frame. As days went on the pain became severe in lower back spinal which affected each time I take step.
