[REDACTED] was delivering Amazon packages on [REDACTED] after he made delivery on E. [REDACTED] Dr. [REDACTED] came to the intersection of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] stopped at intersection and looked both ways and proceeded to make a right hand turn onto [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] stated that there was a vehicle traveling South on [REDACTED] in the far left lane but proceeded to make the right hand turn into the first lane. Upon his turn a motorcyclist appeared and made contact with the [REDACTED] drivers left side door. The motorcyclist collided with the promaster and motorcycle erupted in flames which in turn the promaster was caught on fire.
