What happened
Mail [REDACTED] was working on the [REDACTED] Dock and went to walk onto the trailer before the dock door 70 plate was fully down. Employee right leg fell in the space between the trailer and the dock. The driver of that truck helped her up and out of the space. Employee had the medical response team take her to the medical room. She declined going to the hospital and got a ride home from another employee. She stated she was going to go to the urgent care in the morning and she was going to file a claim.
