[REDACTED] Was Helping CoWorker Another [REDACTED] Unload A Trailer When She Was Reminded To Load A Dock Plate On Her Truck She Grabbed One End Of The Dock Plate And Dragged It Towards The Truck The Dock Plate Does Not Lower Evenly Tilted She Put It Down At Knee Length It Bounced Off The Wall Of The Truck And Dropped On Her Left Foot Her Left Foot Was Caught Underneath The Dock Plate She Sustained A Contusion And Inflammation To Her Left Foot And A Blood Clot In Left Big Toe She Was Taken To Hospital For Medical Treatment And Received An Air Cast
