Teammate was checking [REDACTED] belts on Edgebander #[REDACTED] machine because boards being fed through the machine were coming out damaged. Teammate stopped feed belts and raised up top belt in order to access and check the belts that compress together and pull material through the machine.

While inspecting edgeband belts Teammate slid their hand into machine and along belts which led to EE making contact with an energized and still rotating Pre-Mil blade located in the front section of machine. Raising up the edgeband belt and above housing guarding exposes the two Pre-Mil blades which may still be rotating if not deenergized turned off.
