What happened

At roughly [REDACTED] [REDACTED] noticed that after lunch [REDACTED] appeared to be unwell he then takes her to the HSKP managers office HSKP management then calls security to complete a employee illness report. Upon arrival to the HSKP managers office I was informed by [REDACTED] that [REDACTED] had been brought over to the office by [REDACTED] because her knees were feeling weak and she had developed sever head pain. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] spoke with [REDACTED] trying to ascertain what her illness was after roughly 15 minutes [REDACTED] began appearing increasingly faint and appeared to be passing out. At this point I suggested that [REDACTED] be called as [REDACTED] was becoming less responsive. At [REDACTED] I called [REDACTED] they arrived at roughly [REDACTED] and were escorted to the HSKP managements office by [REDACTED].
