What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] EE sustained a left thumb injury along freezer warehouse along front end of aisle FA. EE claims to be backing up [REDACTED] I -54 into safety pole to secure an empty pallet on forks of the equipment. In process of backing up EE lost control and the steering end of the equipment hit the rack. EE claims his left thumb was exposed and got pinched in between the rack and steering handle. EE sustained skin abrasion cut and bruise on left thumb. EE was bleeding from his left thumb and claims to be in pain and could not move or bend left thumb. EE went to Manteca Doctors ' Hospital ER to seek medical attention.
