What happened
Employee was working at Line 302 and conducting ATP testing. This test was being done at the grading table area and once testing was completed employee proceeded to come down the fixed stairway. Once the employee stepped foot on the concrete ground their right foot slipped causing their right leg to over extend and their left leg to fold under their body catching their fall in the process but not preventing the fall all together.
