On [REDACTED] Carrier notified Supervisor that while stepping off the dock he landed wrong on his left foot. Supervisor asked if carrier needed medical treatment Carrier said no stated that he was fine and that the pain was minor and continued to finfish the rest of the workday also returned back to work the [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] Carrier went to seek medical treatment. Patients diagnose with sprain foot but can continue work at 100% same day per Doctor.
