On [REDACTED] at approximate [REDACTED] employee was attempting to finish loading a MTE van on [REDACTED] 4. While handling one of the broken comps to be placed on the end of the van one of the wheels fell off. Employee stopped to pick the wheel up at that time a wheel on the comp fell into a gap between the dock ramp and door frame smashing his right hand against the wall.
