What happened

Carrier - Statement I was sitting in my parked car around [REDACTED] turned to my left splitting up the mail for my walking. When I was launched into the steering wheel of the truck. I heard a loud crash and after I hit the steering wheel I got out of my truck as soon as possible because I didn 't know if there was a really big vehicle behind me that could hurt me more. once I was out of the truck I fell to the ground in pain and called 911. Once the police and ambulance got there I got help with my panic attack which was very hard to slow down because it hurt everything I inhaled. I was given an IV to make sure I had enough water because it close to 95 degrees out and went to the hospital. Witness Statement I was walking down [REDACTED] in the direction of oncoming traffic. I saw a gray tan car driving towards me. the care seemed to be traveling approx. 20-30 mph not at an excessive rate of speed. The car was headed toward the back of the post truck which was parked on the right-hand
