What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee stated that as she was offloading empty apcs on the dock. As she was pulling two apcs her right hand was smashed between the two APCs. She did state that she was going to the hospital to have her hand checked out. No other employees witnessed what happened. She brought documentation back [REDACTED] which states she should be placed out of work until [REDACTED] and the employee is requesting light duty.
