[REDACTED] was transporting wires up the south dock ramp per the employee as he got to the top of the ramp on the south dock the wires came disconnected and rolled down the ramp [REDACTED] stated he set the parking brake and proceeded down the ramp to retrieve the loose wires that is when he stated the tow motor rolled down the ramp and pinned him between the wires and tow motor as he was trying to unpin himself between the tow motor and wires he fell to the ground and the tow motor rolling down the ramp caught both feet and dragged him down the ramp until it came to a stop at the bottom of the ramp along with the wires. [REDACTED] stated that after he gathered his composure he went to rest his feet and did not report his injury until the [REDACTED] at approx [REDACTED] when he went to the AdventHealt ER [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
