On [REDACTED] while handling my parcels from the hamper on [REDACTED] about [REDACTED] or so. I reached into the hamper to retrieve a package and felt a sharp pinch in the middle of my back. As the morning went on I continued to feel this pain. I spoke to my supervisor [REDACTED] before going to the street to let him know that I was in pain from the incident earlier in the day. At [REDACTED] I spoke to the morning Sup. [REDACTED] to inform him of the incident. [REDACTED] told me to complete a statement.
