What happened
A regular rural carrier at the Zephyrhills Post Office asked to file a CA2. Carrier had a torn miniscus in [REDACTED] and a back injury in [REDACTED] She states her back her shoulders and her knees are in consistent pain due to the consistent getting in and out of LLV and all the stretching and lifting. She says it has worn her body out and she cannot move very well some days. She tried to file with another supervisor earlier in [REDACTED]. She went to see a doctor on [REDACTED]. They told her she needed to file. So she came in and filed claim with me.
