[REDACTED] about [REDACTED] Carrier informed me that another carrier was not feeling well. Carrier was on the phone with the other carrier. Carrier then stated while on the phone with the other carrier she was unable to drive the Postal vehicle due to her not feeling well. Carrier then went to the location where the other carrier was. Carrier stated she was taking the other carrier to hospital. I called carrier and asked her how she was. She stated I 'm OK. Carriers were sent to deliver the rest of her mail. Carrier was taken to Life Savers ER at [REDACTED]. Phone: [REDACTED]. Carrier was given fluids and test were run. Dr. suggested carrier not work returning [REDACTED]. Dr. suggested carrier see her personal doctor. Carrier was released from the Live Savers ER [REDACTED] about [REDACTED]. Carrier returned to the [REDACTED] Place Post Office and drove herself home after giving me her paperwork from the ER. She did not feel like writing a statement at the time she returned to the post
